Activity Guide Length: 16 pages

Activity Guide 2 focuses on teaching your dog to sit. This unit also introduces teaching your dog to come when called and getting used to having their collars touched. Dog body language is an important part of training and dog safety for children. This guide features dog communication with the mouths and can be used with the Dog Smart Card Game’s Whole Body Cards (sold separately). Dog Smart teaches dog bite prevention to all ages and will be used throughout Activity Guides 1 – 6. A creative writing exercise is included for kids in this guide, which lets them tell the story about how their dog got his name. There’s also a word find and a finish the picture coloring activity. Activity Guide 2 continues our focus on gentle touch using Tellington T-Touch.
